Woodspirit Workshops & Courses – Terms and Conditions

By booking a place on a Woodspirit workshop or course facilitated by Rob Wilson, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any workshop or course.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the agreed date prior to the start of the event.
• Late payment may result in your place being forfeited without refund.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cheque, and, on occasion, PayPal (by prior arrangement only).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances unless the course or workshop is cancelled by Rob Wilson.
• If you cancel up to six (6) weeks before the start date, you will receive a refund of any fees paid minus the deposit.
• If you cancel less than six (6) weeks before the start date, you will receive 50% of the course or workshop fee, minus the deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date or for non-attendance.

3. Course Cancellation by Rob Wilson

• In the unlikely event that a course or workshop is cancelled by Rob Wilson, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
• Woodspirit is not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel or accommodation).

4. Participant Responsibility

• These workshops and courses are not a form of therapy. You are responsible for your own emotional and psychological wellbeing.
• Participants are expected to engage with the material in a respectful and mature manner.
• You agree to complete any course work or practices assigned between workshop sessions.

5. Respectful Conduct

• All participants must treat each other with kindness and respect.
• Disruptive behavior, including disrespect toward the teacher, other participants, or the teachings, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Political discussions are not permitted during workshops or courses to maintain a spiritually focused and inclusive environment.
