Wildcraft Courses Venue

Nestled in the heart of the Lake District, Cumbria, Hobkin Ground offers a secluded and sacred setting for our time together. Surrounded by ancient hills, private woodland, and the gentle flow of the River Ickle, this land holds a quiet magic—an ideal space for deep connection, reflection, and spiritual practice.

Accommodation & Facilities

Your course fee includes self-catering camping, with access to a Kitchenet, hot shower and compost toilet—simple, sustainable comforts that support our immersion in nature.

Communal Yurt & Sacred Space

Teaching and group gatherings take place in a spacious yurt, which serves as our communal hearth throughout the course. Here, we share stories, rituals, and learning in a warm, welcoming environment.

With direct access to private woodland and the riverbank, this land becomes our living classroom—supporting outdoor practices, ceremonies, and quiet communion with the spirits of place. Evenings may bring campfires, storytelling, and the gentle rhythm of nature guiding our work.

This is more than a venue—it is a sanctuary. A place to root, to remember, and to reawaken your connection to the wild and sacred.
